Microsoft Schools
by Simplon

Since 2018, Simplon has been working with Microsoft to offer fully funded, certified training courses that open doors to some of the most promising careers in digital technology.

These courses train job seekers and people looking to change careers through various bachelor's degree programmes in the fields of AI, cloud computing and cybersecurity.

In 2024, the partnership evolved to offer a five-year degree-level certification course in data science, as well as three-day intensive workshops to raise awareness of generative AI, with the aim of increasing the number of women in AI professions.

The Apple Foundation Program

In 2019, Apple chose Simplon as its educational partner in France to train future iOS mobile developers. Today, the partnership offers three training programs :

The Apple Foundation Program
is rolled out in five cities across France and encourages job seekers and employees looking to change careers to spend four weeks learning about iOS mobile app development, with a view to confirming a career path or discovering a new vocation in this field.

The Extended Apple Foundation Program A program dedicated to alumni of the Apple Foundation Program, covering more advanced concepts in iOS mobile development.

The Advanced Apple Foundation Programme work-study programme.
The first certifying training program for application designers and developers, specific to iOS/Swift, at the bac +3/4 level, recognised by France Compétences.

Generative AI workshops

Meta's commitment to Simplon began in 2023 with the opening of the Metaverse Academy. This initiative aims to train people who are far from the job market in new professions related to the metaverse.

In 2024, Meta is continuing its partnership with Simplon by offering introductory workshops on Generative AI.

These workshops, which are being rolled out across several cities in France, aim to raise awareness among the French public about the basic concepts and practical applications of generative artificial intelligence.
