Our impact

At the heart of the Simplon project: digital technology as a lever for inclusion, integration and employment, but also as a catalyst for diversity, social inclusion and innovation.

Inclusion for all

Simplon offers everyone the opportunity to reveal their talents, regardless of their background, experience, age or gender.

Most often with no prerequisites and fully funded, our training courses are open to all and accessible to people who are unemployed or under-represented in the digital sector.
Job seekers, women looking to change careers, young people without qualifications, refugees...

our goal is to enable everyone to acquire the digital skills they need to achieve their professional goals.
At the end of their training, 70% of our learners find skilled jobs or continue their studies.

Simplon transforms individual lives with an impact on society as a whole. According to a study by Mouvement Impact France, we generate €23.2 million in value for society each year, taking into account the costs avoided by local authorities.

The role of women
in tech

Simplon is actively committed to promoting diversity in the tech sector, particularly by encouraging the inclusion of women.

Even today, women are still under-represented in digital professions. A more balanced and fair representation in tech professions is a driver of dynamism, performance and innovation for businesses.

At Simplon, we offer training courses specifically for women to encourage them to pursue a career in tech, and on average 38% of our trainees are women.

We also run awareness programmes such as Les Intrépides de la Tech for schoolgirls and within the Women & Girls in Tech collective.

For the inclusion of people with disabilities

Since its inception, Simplon has been committed to integrating people with disabilities into its training programmes to promote their access to employment.

Thanks to the ‘THalent Digital’ programme, more than 400 people have been trained and placed in digital jobs.

Simplon aims to make tech jobs accessible to people with disabilities by participating in innovations in this field and advocating for digital accessibility.
